FIELD: manufactures of three color kinescope screens. SUBSTANCE: claimed process for regeneration of blue phosphor comprises treating its waste with hydrogen peroxide, precipitating slurry, decanting liquid phase, washing with water and drying the regenerated phosphor. Prior to precipitation, phosphor waste is treated with water with addition of ammonium carbonate in amount of 0.08-0.1% precipitated, the liquid phase is decanted, the phosphor is washed to neutral medium, treated under stirring with zinc sulfate or potassium silicate, washed with water with addition of citric acid in amount from 0.01-0.015% and emulsifier in amount from 0.1 to 0.15% to the weight of phosphor. EFFECT: more efficient regeneration process.
