SUBSTANCE: steel containing iron, aluminium, carbon, chrome, silicon, vanadium has additionally molybdenum, titanium at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: carbon 0.02-0.09; chrome 5-13; silicon 1.0-2.5; aluminium 0.9-1.65; titanium 0.2-0.8; molybdenum 0.07-0.35; vanadium 0.07-0.15.
