SUBSTANCE: steel comprising carbon, silicium, manganese, chromium, vanadium, aluminium, nitrogen and ferrum additionally comprises boron. Said steel comprises, mas.%: carbon, 0.01-0.05; silicium, 0.1-0.8; manganese, 0.1-0.8; chromium, 15.0-27.0; vanadium, 0.03-1.5; aluminium, 0.005-0.1; nitrogen, 0.01-0.2; boron, 0.0006-0.04; ferrum, the balance. Ratio of vanadium, carbon and nitrogen is as follows: 6.0 1.5. Desired steel is economically alloyed and has high level of mechanical properties. EFFECT: improved quality of desired product. 2 tbl
