FIELD: making difficult terrains passable located in tundra, forest-tundra, swamped and badly flooded lowlands in northern, southern and equatorial latitudes of the globe, where construction of automobile roads and railways is either impossible or difficult and connected with high expenditures or ecological problems. SUBSTANCE: base, intermediate and end terminals are built and a road is broken between them on low-lying sections and water-dividing hills separating them; on low-lying sections the road is made with an open water surface, and on water-dividing sections the road is made with a ground bed; the difference in level between the road ground bed and water surface of the adjacent section is at least 0.2 to 0.45 m; after the ground bed is formed, its surface layer is recultivated and a vegetable cover of perennial grasses or mosses is renewed on it. The road is marked by passive and active landmarks located along the road and in the terminals. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 6 cl, 2 dwg
