FIELD: hydraulic machine engineering, compressor manufacture. SUBSTANCE: pump-compressor installation includes engine, suction duct for pumped fluid and connected successively centrifugal accelerator, flow-through chamber, separator with pumping duct and calibrated duct joined with inlet of accelerator with formation of closed loop for energy carrier circulation. Accelerator is placed between suction duct and flow-through chamber with possibility of acting by additional power upon pumped fluid directly inside accelerator. Accelerator is sectioned one, each successively joined section of accelerator includes body and impeller arranged in said body. Body of each section has at least one tangential inlet and at least one tangential outlet. Sections of each section pair are mutually joined through additional flow-through chamber being in the form of portion of pipeline connecting tangential outlet of first section with tangential inlet of second section. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of pumping gas-liquid mixtures and high-density fluids. 3 dwg
