FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: module includes hollow case formed by base, air-tight leads and pipe union joined on outside. Corrugated separating membrane of cup type is anchored at point of joint of base and pipe union. Butt section of pipe union is manufactured in the form of hemisphere for packing in conical hole. Hole to inject dielectric fluid where sealing unit is positioned is made in base of case. Description of invention gives design of sealing unit and recommendations for selection of materials. Sensitive element joined to base with the aid of pedestal generates electric signal in process of operation under pressure of fluid which is transmitted through air-tight leads.
