FIELD: measurement of directivity diagrams of antennas of SHF and EHF ranges in far zones. SUBSTANCE: gear uses signal with linear frequency modulation and new units which provide for processing of signal and suppression of parasitic components caused by re-reflections of testing signal from surrounding objects and internal surfaces of room and frequency autotuning of beat frequency in path of processing of testing signal with linear frequency modulation in case of change of position of phase center of examined antenna in process of measurements. EFFECT: reduced labor input in process of measurement of directivity diagram of antenna in far zone. 2 cl, 5 dwg
