FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio measurements and can be used for measurements of complex transmission and reflection coefficients of microwave devices with frequency upconversion (microwave mixers) when the intermediate frequency lies above the frequency of the input signal to be converted. Device is proposed for measuring the complex coefficients of transmission and reflection of microwave devices with frequency upconversion, consisting of a measuring device for the parameters of the four-terminal UHF, a test four-terminal network without frequency conversion and a two-channel superheterodyne receiver and additionally introduced into it a second reference frequency generator, a second phase detector, a second phase locked loop, a second local oscillator, an amplifier, and an adjustable attenuator.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the accuracy of measuring the complex transmission coefficients of microwave devices with frequency conversion and enhancement of functionality.
