ROOM HOTHOUSE Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture; growing plant in protected soil structures, particularly in home conditions. SUBSTANCE: the room hothouse has external housing 1 enveloped by outer guard. The housing has members for fastening the hothouse in the vertical plane and includes interconnected vertical uprights 3 and units for installation of germinators. The outer guard is provided with light-reflecting louver screen 8 fitted with louver turning system, which incorporates rotation drive 12 linked kinematically by means of tie 11 to the louvers of screen 8 while electrically it is connected with power source 13 through key 14 interlocked with a contact of sensor 16 intended to indicate opening of the entrance door 17 of the room where the hothouse is installed on a window. EFFECT: improved illumination of plants, reduced heat consumption and easier servicing of the hothouse. 2 cl, 2 dwg
