FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, surgery. SUBSTANCE: endoprosthesis includes an arm the proximal end of which comes to a neck with collar and detachable spherical head. A through canal is designed via femoral component and passes from distal end of an arm towards the surface of spherical head. Along this one the content of marrow canal passes into friction center to be used as a lubricant. A through canal is formed with turnings situated on back and frontal sides of an arm along its longitudinal axis, each turning is supplied with individual storage unit as holes situated in the proximal part of an arm under the collar from the side of turnings and connected with a through canal in their turn.
