FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has rod and neck. Proximal part of the rod is curved as an arc from the median side and beveled on the lateral side. The distal part of the rod is cone. The endoprosthesis has tetrahedral cross-section in subtrochanteric zone that has bench on lateral side at the place it conjugates with the proximal part of the pedicle. Slope is formed by planes intersecting at obtuse angle. This structure has the shape of pentahedron having rounded facets on the medial side in cross- section of the proximal part in the trochanteric zone. The femoral part has horizontal grooves, wedge-like ribs and longitudinal slots. EFFECT: rotation stability relative to the bone; improved stability properties with respect to alternating deformations of compression and tension. 2 cl, 5 dwg
