FIELD: medicine; traumatic surgery; orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: hip joint implant has acetabular, hip and fitting members; the latter is made with intramedullary and fixed ends. Hip member has fitting end and it has removable spherical head, neck, metaphysis and diaphysis disposed in series. Longitudinal blind opening is made in hip member at side of fitting end; opening intends for fixed end of fitting member. Metaphysis is made with openings for fixing muscles. Fitting member, metaphysis and diaphysis have common axis. Implant is also provided with closing bushing, which bushing has supporting collar to make contact with resected surface of bone; bushing has coaxial threaded and conic openings; the latter is disposed at side of supporting collar to have smaller base directed outside. Neck, metaphysis and diaphysis are made integral. Hip member is made with lodgment for putting muscles; at side of fitting end the hip joint has external thread for screwing closing bushing up. Longitudinal blind opening in hip member is made in form of cone and t has bigger base directed outside. Lodgment for putting muscles is made in form of body of rotation to rotate around longitudinal axis of proximal part with generator threat has at least one curve bent to axis of rotation. Intramedullary end of fitting member is made for cement or for cement-free fixation and it has length of 120-160 mm. Fixed end of fitting member has two parts with cone-shaped surfaces, which surfaces are joined with their bigger surfaces. One of part intends for cone-shaped opening in closing bushing; other end intends for cone-shaped blind opening of hip joint.
EFFECT: reliable primary fixation; prolonged stability of usage; maximal recovery effect of support-motor function.
