FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: biologically inert magnetic element is introduced into zone of scleral-conjunctival graft of filtration zone. During postoperative period of treatment, this magnetic element is remotely energized by external magnetic field source, thereby causing oscillations of magnetic element. Oscillations maintain drainage pathways in good functional condition, thereby extending term of hypotensive efficiency of antiglaucomatous operation, forming obstacles for excessive cicatrization of drainage pathways created during operation and activating newly created drainage pathways. EFFECT: effective aid in surgical treatment of glaucoma.
