FIELD: reflecotherapy; non-traditional medicine. SUBSTANCE: integrality of patient's energy shell is first assessed to locate stagnant energy zones associated with organism's physiological disorder using for this purpose small stick made of aspen wood. Lower end of stick is brought to patient's body, followed by performing successive gentle translational movements of stick from above downwards and in opposite direction until stick starts vibrating or it is drawn to body, thereby indicating to presence of stagnant energy zone. Thereupon, to remove stagnant energy, aspen wood stick is caused to perform gentle rotary movements anti-clock-wise in area of stagnant energy zones. Next patient's reflectory or painful zones are treated by bringing upper end of aspen wood stick close to them and by performing gentle rotary movements with stick in clock-wise direction, thereby filling said zones with vital energy. Next circular movements are performed by stick in clock-wise direction as far as up to energy shell boundary to restore shell integrality and to eliminate any cracks in it. Said treatment session is repeated 2-5 times with intervals of at least 1 day between them, total session duration being at least 5 min. Treatment is accompanied with continuously going talk about patient's health and subjective sensations, about circumstances in which patient got traumatized, or about disturbances in normal functioning of patient's organism. Aspen wood sticks used for diagnosing stagnant energy zones, for pumping-out stagnant energy and for relieving pain are prepared at new moon period, during first 3-4 days of new moon. If sticks are intended for exerting curative effect upon reflectory, painful and numbed zones of patient's body and for filling them with vital energy, sticks are prepared at full moon period, during 3-4 days of full moon. Proposed method makes it possible to revitalize human organism in combination with such treatment methods, as physiotherapy, manual therapy, traditional massage, etc. EFFECT: use of aspen wood stick as simple and easily available therapeutic instrument offers effective treatment of various diseases; there is no need for complicated special training of specialists in traditional Chinese medicine; it is possible to use traditions of Russian national art of healing.
