SUBSTANCE: massage is performed by deep penetrating kneading, acting on the reflex centres of the spinal nervous system, gently touching the skin deeply and smoothly acting on the fascia, ligaments, tendons and muscles, as well as by stroking and acupressure. Prior to the massage, the patient is placed on the abdomen on cushions with a hip joint angle within 130-150 degrees. The effect is provided for 35 minutes during the first session, for all subsequent - up to 75 minutes, with a physical impact of 1 kg/cm2 of the patient's body in the first session with a gradual increase to 10 kg/cm2. In the beginning and after each massage procedure, back stroking with the hand weight from the lower back to the cervical spine at a speed of 7-10 cm/sec is performed. It is followed by kneading of the long muscles of the back upward with a speed of 1-3 cm/s, with a gradual increase in physical action and transition onto the blade bone area flexing the trapezoid muscle with circular hand motion. Further, the entire area of palms is used to knead the widest muscle of the back from the pelvis upward, smoothly shifting towards the axillary lymph node. It is followed by finger kneading of the pelvic bone muscles, smooth paraovertebral acupressure - on both sides of spinous processes along the vertebral column in increments of 2 cm, with the fingers exposure and effect stiffness increasing from session to session according to the formula: 1/7, 2/14, 3/21, 4/28, 5/35, 6/42, 7/49, 8/21, 9/21, 10/35, 11/21, 12/21, 13/21, where the numerator is the number of session and effect stiffness in kg/cm2 of the patient's body, the denominator is the exposure time per point in s. Then the muscles are stretched smoothly between the pelvis and the thoracic region for 7 seconds, finger kneading of the neck muscles by is performed by smooth circular motions, rising up to the hairline and going deep into the sides of the neck, stretching the muscles by the sensory method for 3 seconds. Then the muscles of the collar and interscapular zones are kneaded.
EFFECT: method provides high efficiency of functional correction of the spine due to restoration of its physiological geometry.
