FIELD: athletes physical and technical training.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus is designed for physical and technical training of athletes in various types of martial arts. It contains a cylindrical body of rotation, which is made in the form of a stuffed pear or a bag and is fixed on a fixed support by means of a flexible suspension. A means of additional pear deflection is fixed on a flexible suspension. The means of additional deflection is located parallel to the pear axis and is made in the form of a pendulum. The pendulum is fixed on a bracket, which is connected to the rotation mechanism and is installed perpendicular to the axis of the additional tool. The pendulum suspension is made with the possibility of reinstallation along the bracket. The weight of the pendulum is chosen from a set of stuffed balls of different weights, provided that the weight of each of the stuffed balls does not exceed the weight of the pear.
EFFECT: creation of apparatus for physical and technical training of athletes in various types of martial arts.
