FIELD: training simulators; sport.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed technical solution relates to sports equipment and can be used to create devices for training athletes to increase efficiency of striking equipment. Distinctive feature of the proposed invention is movable hands, which are fixed to torso with elastic, resilient material, nominally imitating boxing stance for imitation of sparring partner and behavior of his hands, which allows to approximate honing of boxes on moving opponent, imitating conditions of actual contraction. Additional fixation of movable hands by elastic material between forearm and elbow surfaces allows their return to initial position, due to elasticity of connecting materials, which allows maximally similar to simulate actions of real opponent. Training implement is ideal for conditions with insufficient number of sparring partners, and also gives some advantages in relation to honing with real partner.
EFFECT: use of the proposed training apparatus improves efficiency of training when mastering various techniques, reduces training time, improves coordination of movements and functional characteristics of the athlete.
