FIELD: conduction of heat- and mass-transfer processes in food, chemical, chemico-pharmaceutical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: the offered apparatus has on its internal surface metal plates tightly secured to apparatus body. Height of metal plates equals height of contact stage and directed at angle of 10-25 deg to vector of absolute velocity of liquid colliding with them. The plates form additional surface of contact of phases and promote additional transmission of heat from heated body to working fluid. Intensification of heat- and mass-transfer is attained due to intensive turbulization of liquid film on plates by colliding drops. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
