FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: plant is designed to evaporate and distillate thermolabile mixtures under vacuum conditions and to absorb gases with low potential energy in food, chemical and pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. The plant is comprised of body with discharging plates and gas conduits arranged in body sections. Guiding blades are installed in the fixed plates gas conduits at 13...15° angle to the horizontal plane. Wall adjacent entrainment trap includes plates mounted near the body walls along helical line and at helix angle 13...15° in the gas (steam) movement direction. The plates and installed to the height of liquid jet dispersed by the sprayer and directed upwards at 20...30° angle to tangent coming to sprayer circle. Plates are installed at a distance equal to 0.3...0.5 of their width.
EFFECT: increased ultimate load by gas or steam, reduced splashes distribution and hydraulic resistance.
