FIELD: composite materials. SUBSTANCE: invention may be employed for producing thin-wall shell composite structures with thermosetting matrix. Method involves using gas-filled inner shell 1 whose surface is covered with packet 2 of reinforcing material impregnated with binding component. Packet 2 is then covered with outer additional shell composed of elastic material. Thereafter, packet 2 is pressed by way of increasing pressure inside shell 1. Binding component is hardened, gas pressure dropped, and additional shell is removed. Because of preliminary stretching of reinforcing material on increasing pressure in shell 1, great shrinkage after hardening is compensated with natural contraction of reinforcing member, which prevents fracturing final product. EFFECT: improved procedure resulting in improved quality of product.
