SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of forming multilayer articles from composite materials. Disclosed is a method of making a composite multilayer article, which includes sequential laying into a forming tooling of a lower layer of prepreg, a layer of honeycomb filler, upper layer of prepreg with subsequent thermal pressing and cooling, according to the invention, laying of layers is carried out in pre-heated tooling, on top of upper layer of prepreg is laid a separation film and a puncheon made of elastic material, first stage of billet pressing is carried out for 5-15 minutes under pressure of not more than 1 kg/cm2 and the second stage of pressing under working pressure and during time less than polymerization mode.

EFFECT: implementation of the purpose consists in manufacturing of composite multilayer article characterized by low labour intensity, reduced time for manufacture of articles, as well as possibility of making sandwich structures of various size and shape.
