METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF INDUSTRIAL RUBBER PRODUCTS Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: manufacture of industrial rubber products. SUBSTANCE: the offered method includes duplication by layers of sheet billets. Placed on lower layer is second layer, threads of rubberized cord of this layer are arranged at angle of, at least, 30 deg to threads of rubberized cord of lower layer. After duplication on layer, the billets of required size are obtained. Sheet billets are produced with length and width less by 10-15% of length and width of finished product. Billet of the required size is produced with thickness exceeding by 5-10% of thickness of finished product. Produced billet is lined over its perimeter with polymer strip, and placed into vulcanizing mold and pressed into product. Polymer strip is made of rubber blend based on nonimpregnated rubbers. Strip is produced in form of bundle rectangular or round in cross-section. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 1 tbl
