FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: the offered method includes cutting of bands whose width equalling face of cell of cellular filler, laying of bands over the entire width of filler spaced at two widths of adjacent faces of cells of cellular filler, nondetachable joint of bands with material web which is made into regular flat workpiece with subsequent shaping of workpieces to shape of cells and joining of shaped lengths of material with one another directly by planes of touching or through intermediate flat member to produce cellular block of the required dimensions. Workpieces are shaped by their bending to hollows preliminarily made on band edges or to holes so as to form corrugations corresponding to shape of cells or one part of cells with tops of single thickness and sides of double thickness. Shaped lengths are connected to one another by tops of produced corrugations. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 cl, 16 dwg
