FIELD: transport engineering; amphibians for driving in air, by road and by water and in intermediate positions. SUBSTANCE: vehicle has body with engine compartment and system for acting onto medium where vehicle operates. System has members with central shaft and two rings connected with shaft. Axles with blades installed for turning and resting against both rings are fitted in rings at their edges. Control system of each member includes follower with turning drive mechanically coupled with blade axle for turning the latter in space. Members for acting onto medium are arranged on turnable brackets with common horizontal central shaft. Brackets are arranged under body roof and are connected with support wheel system by turnable link and shock absorber. Link wheels are secured on forks. Their upper part is connected with link. Drives of central shaft rotation and follower are installed on bracket and are supplied by engine compartment generator. Shape of brackets provided arrangement of above-indicated members behind front and rear extremities of body when brackets are turned. Forks of wheels not connected with vertical links should be preferably installed for rotation around vertical axis. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 cl, 5 dwg
