FIELD: manufacture of glass products. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for manufacturing shaped glass sheets for application as motor-car glasses contains heating position in the form of horizontal oven; molding position immediately after heating position provided with lower molding ring and upper mold installed over and under relative to the plane on which glass sheets are displaced; tempering position equipped with nozzles to provide quick cooling of sheets after molding and means for transferring and supporting sheets. Apparatus of invention is distinguished with that indicated means contain, in direction of sheets' displacement, cylindrical rolls for displacing and supporting sheets inside heating oven; bottom air cushion for supporting sheets in molding position; hollow ring for transferring sheets in molding position by means of vertical displacement toward upper mold for molding; and hollow ring for transferring sheets by means of horizontal reciprocating toward tempering position and for supporting sheets when tempered.
