FIELD: production of construction materials. SUBSTANCE: this relates to producing construction materials resulting from mixing crushed stone, sand, mineral powder and bitumen used for building and repair of motor road pavements, floors of industrial buildings, roof coverings, etc. Method implies sorting of sand and crushed stone into sizes, selection of 0.5-5 mm size fraction in required amount, grinding it into mineral powder in disintegrator installed on special platform of asphaltic concrete mixing plant at screen level. Freshly ground mineral powder is fed to proportioning stage of components. Improved quality of asphaltic concrete and saving of bitumen are achieved due to use of freshly ground mineral powder possessing maximal activity. Utilization for producing mineral powder of not only limestone and dolomite, but other local materials (wastes of stone crushing, industrial production waste for example blast-furnace slag, etc.), and also due to no need for building of storage and conveying facilities for receiving, storing and delivery of externally supplied mineral powder to asphaltic concrete mixing plant. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 cl, 1 dwg
