Pipe for washing is fixed on outer convex surface of hemisphere in its upper part. End section of pipe is turned towards opposite convex hemispherical surface and has thread at its end and pipe connection for possible coupling with vacuum cleaner. Anti-icing device is arranged in hemisphere through its thickness and is made up of wires and photocells with solar battery located between wires. Electric heater is located inside glazing unit on window casement at its both sides and at bottom. EFFECT: high efficiency. 6 dwg
