FIELD: power supply sources; solar radiation-into-electric energy converters. SUBSTANCE: three photodetectors are placed in each cavity of roof panel 1. Photodetectors are made lens-shaped semiconductors of highly sensitive to electron and hole conduction in form of pressed together magnetized powders with donor additions. Zigzag electric heaters 9 are installed at both sides of panel 1. Longitudinal vacuum spaces 8 are made in lower portion of panel to protect it from free convection of warm air through panel 1 into atmosphere, and also reinforcement metal net 18 is installed.
