FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: oil deposit is opened through uniform triangle spacing pattern of producing and injection wells with formation of 13-point of development components at 6 wells in each concentric row. Heat-carrier is injected in mode of pulse-batching operation. Calculated amount of heat-carrier is distributed between central injection well and producing wells of external ring in compliance with determined relation. Injection of calculated amount of heat-carrier is performed in cyclic operation by injecting equal amounts of heat-carrier at each cycle of thermal treatment. Each cycle is performed in three stages: at first stage, heat-carrier is injected simultaneously through central injection well and producing wells of external ring located one after another. Product is taken from remaining producing wells located between them. Product is also taken from producing wells of internal ring. Amount if heat-carrier introduced is determined according to respective relation. At second stage, producing wells of external ring through which heat-carrier was injected are transferred to delivery of product. Producing wells of external ring from which product was taken are transferred to injection of heat-carrier. Product is taken from producing wells of internal ring. Heat-carrier is injected in amounts equal to amount of heat-carrier introduced to development component at previous stage. At third stage, producing wells through which heat-carrier was injected are transferred to delivery of product. All remaining producing wells are used for output of product.
