FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, oil is recovered through producing wells and working agent is injected through injection wells. Development is carried out in mode of increasing bed pressure until watering of recovered product reaches 85-90% and bed pressure is by 6-8% higher than initial pressure. After that, determined in injection wells is working agent injection pressure at which occurred is most uniform profile of absorption. Preset is determined pressure of injection in injection wells of deposit. Further development is carried out in mode of reducing bed pressure, and used as working agent is accompanying effluent water of deposit being developed. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 tbl
