FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: valving member is made up as two parts and provided with a pivot at the but-joint. The pivot is coupled with the outlet port through a compression spring. In the outlet port is a step washer having parallel flats. The washer is mounted for permitting rotation inside the hollow of the spherical socket.
