FIELD: refrigerating engineering; processing of animal produce. SUBSTANCE: refrigerating plant contains refrigerating chamber for cooling and storage of meat, refrigerating machine with cooling devices, air humidification unit including liquid-packed ring compressor with entrainment separator, terminal air cooler and adiabatic air expander connected to chamber. Plant is provided with cooling tower and two- stage milk cooler. Adiabatic expander is brought in communication with second stage of milk cooler through branch pipe fitted with valve; liquid-packed ring compressor is provided with outside air supply branch pipe; terminal air cooler and first stage of milk cooler are brought in communication with cooling tower by means of pipe lines fitted with valves.
