FIELD: storage of products in refrigerating chambers. SUBSTANCE: plant includes evaporator mounted in chamber which is connected with refrigerating unit, device for heat and moisture processing of air and device for supersaturation of air with moisture fed to chamber together with cold air. Both devices are interconnected. Supersaturation device includes vortex tube whose cold end is communicated with chamber and hot end is connected with reservoir filled with water. Slit diaphragm with double-walled tube in center is located at hot end air outlet. Water for humidification of air is fed to hot end of vortex tube through reservoir. EFFECT: improved preservation of products due to reduced drying losses. 2 dwg
