FIELD: production of cement and other industries pertaining to heat treatment, milling and sintering of powder-like raw materials. SUBSTANCE: plant contains heat exchanger for preheating raw material, milling-roasting device, gravity classifier and granulation sintering device with tangential loading branch pipe for feeding part of raw material into its spouting layer and gravity-type finished product unloading chamber. Granulation sintering devices is connected with milling-roasting device by means of vertical pipe line which is cylindrical in its lower portion and has form of truncated cone in its upper portion.
