SUBSTANCE: the installation has a roasting belt conveyer provided with a fire grate with the upper and lower chambers. The ignition device in the form of a heat-insulating shaft is positioned before the roasting belt conveyer and provided with parallel and vertically oriented rows of perforated walls of shelves with windows in the longitudinal walls located one above another connected by turns to the gas ducts of supply of the heat-transfer agents from the roasting belt conveyer and the gas ducts of outgoing gases. EFFECT: prevented incomplete combustion of fuel and provided use of coal of all kinds. 3 cl, 3 dwg
