FIELD: biology, medicine. SUBSTANCE: one of population of cells of mixture is marked by functional marker - magnetoliposomes containing ferromagnetic material. Mixture is separated by action of inhomogeneous magnetic field on material of marker. Purified fraction is tested for content of cells of marked population in it by action of high-frequency homogeneous magnetic field. Signal of nuclear magnetic resonance of atoms of hydrogen of tested fraction is measured and compared with standard one. If signals do not match additional separation is carried out till signals match completely. Signal corresponding to specified concentration of cells of marked population it tested fraction is assumed as standard signal of nuclear magnetic resonance. Signal of nuclear magnetic resonance obtained for fraction which does not contain cells of marked population can be assumed as standard one. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process. 2 cl
