FIELD: heat power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for converting thermal energy into electric energy. According to proposed method, working space is filled with working liquid, starting is provided by spinning working liquid by electric motor, simultaneously modulating speed of rotation to create resonance oscillations leading to periodical change of volumes of spaces between members of construction and surface of liquid, and gas working mixture is introduced into space when volume is maximum, and is ignited and then control mode is changed from spinning to maintaining of resonance with power takeoff from generator. Rotor and core in proposed device are made to form working spaces in chamber between members of construction and rotation working liquid, and control unit contains reservoir capacitor.

EFFECT: increased efficiency.
