FIELD: radio engineering, measurement systems. SUBSTANCE: narrowing of directivity diagram of antenna occurs with magnetization of ferrite layer by magnetic field. Ferrite layer is also used as converter with which aid energy of induced waves received by current-carrying element leads to change of optical parameters of light guide and consequently of parameters of wave passing through light guide. Change of optical parameters of light guide 4 takes place due to its heating from ferrite layer 2 which is heated in its turn by absorption of energy of waves during ferromagnetic resonance. Fibrous light guide 4 is located in center of ferrite layer 2 in specially made groove 3 to provide for best thermal interaction of ferrite layer 2 and fibrous light guide 4.
