FIELD: optical instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has laser light source, pulse modulator 2, optical insulator 3, fiber- optical splitter 4, N measuring channels each of which has at least two Fabri-Perot resonators. Semitransparent reflector C is located between resonators which are shaped by semitransparent reflectors and piece of single-mode light guide. Length of each resonator is factor of number of lengths of smallest resonator. EFFECT: possibility to measure at least two temperature ranges according to number of resonators. 2 dwg
