FIELD: radio engineering and fiber optics; wave energy density measurements. SUBSTANCE: fiber-optic sensor is planar structure with current-carrying part 1 attached to insulating substrate 2 with slot 4 passing light conductor 5. Section of light conductor 5 placed in slot 3 is covered with resonance absorbing coat 6 and forms, by means of mirrors 7 and 8, interferometer. Section of light conductor 5 placed in slot 4 forms, by means of mirrors 9 and 10, Fabry-Perot interferometer. Slots 3 and 4 are spaced through certain distance apart to prevent effect of microwave field under measurement on Fabry-Perot interferometer. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
