FIELD: systems controlling automated production lines, machines with numerical program control, industrial robots. SUBSTANCE: device monitoring position of object made from magnetoconductive material has source of magnetic field, unit for amplification and formation of output signal, power supply source and sensitive element manufactured in the form of four thin-film magnetoresistors positioned on dielectric backing and connected by bridge circuit. Device is fitted with magnetic circuit made in the form of bent plate with angle 25-45 deg between its faces. One face carries sensitive element, the other one - source of magnetic field. Center of sensitive element is located at distance 1.0-1.5 mm from line drawn perpendicularly to face of magnetic circuit. Device is equipped with integrated screen having cylindrical rectangular shape. Thin film resistors are made from permalloy.
