FIELD: light generation for plant growth. SUBSTANCE: device has torch which is made from transparent material, and electrodes which are mounted in sealing. Torch is filled with xenon and dopes in order to supply halides of emitting materials. Said dopes include halides of lithium, sodium and gallium using mole content per cubic centimeter of 4.7; 0.5-4.0 and 0.75-10.0 respectively. Molar ratio of lithium content to that of sodium and gallium is in range of 0.6-3.5 and 1.0-3.5 respectively. Xenon pressure is in range of 7-120 kPa.
