SUBSTANCE: active mass of negative electrode of nickel-hydrogen cell contains hydrogen-sorbing alloy based on mish-metal, nickel, cobalt, aluminium and chrome with common formula MmNikColAlnCrp, where 0.5 ≅ l ≅ 1.3; 0.5 < n ≅ 0.8; 0.1 < p/n ≅ 0.5; 4.9 < k+l+n+p ≅ 5.05. Proposed composition of active mass of negative electrode makes it possible to manufacture nickel-hydrogen cell with longer service life and lesser hydrogen pressure inside frame.
