FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves laying agricultural product into hermetically sealed storage; periodically treating it with saturated propionic acid vapors in the process of active ventilation by blowing recirculating air through container with propionic acid at temperature and pressure equal to that in storage. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified method and provision for prolonged storage of grain or other product.
