SUBSTANCE: butter churning apparatus has base, vessel provided with cover and mounted on the base, hollow cylinder, motor, drive shaft, spider and churning vanes. The hollow cylinder is installed vertically inside the vessel and secured by its outer surface of the lower end in hole provided in the vessel bottom. The motor is installed on the base. The drive shaft rotates in bearings inside the hollow cylinder and its lower end is connected with motor shaft. The spider secured on the upper end of the drive shaft carries churning vanes made in the form of rectangular plates and secured on the spider by its end face surfaces.
