FIELD: domestic or farm equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical vessel, mixer axially aligned with vessel and fixed on drive shaft positioned in axial alignment with rotor of electric engine. Immovable beaters are positioned within vessel. Mixer is made in the form of propeller with blades bent in opposite directions. Drive electric engine allows short-term reduction of rotational speed of rotor. Power consumed by electric engine does not differ from that of mixer during rotation in the mass of churned product by more than 20%. Mixer is mounted in lower 1/3 part of volume of churned product.
