SUBSTANCE: buttermaking machine has immovable cylindrical reservoir with whipping mechanism mounted on drive shaft in axially aligned relation with respect to reservoir axis. Whipping mechanism consists of two impeller wheels placed in lower and mid portion of reservoir. Each of impeller wheels has spoke rigidly connected to drive shaft, and belt having ends opened through 180 deg. Impeller wheels are connected with one another and rigidly fixed to spoke.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced time for butter making process.
