FIELD: abdominal surgery; operations on vessels of adrenal glands. SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus comprises handle and working part made in form of member shaped as unclosed torus. Member is arranged at angle and is coupled to handle by means of connecting rod. One end of torus-shaped member is conjugated with connecting rod, while its other end is rounded-off. Unclosed torus is arranged at angle 75-95 deg. in relation to connecting rod and it is formed with relationship of outer diameter-to-inner diameter-to-distance between its ends of 3: 2:1, respectively. EFFECT: greater reliability of fixation of ligature applied instrumentally onto stump of deeply lying vessel; no rick to additionally traumatize abdominal organs and tissues; prevention of intraoperative hemorrhages and postoperative complications. 1 dwg
