FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is used for suturing wound canals and surgical incisions of small length, as well as trocar wounds that occur during mini-invasive puncture-drainage and video-laparoscopic operations. The device for suturing the wound channel in puncture and trocar accesses includes two intersecting pivotally connected branches with a cremalier rounded working parts and handles in the form of rings. At the rounded working end of the first branch, an L-shaped needle with a groove for the ligature is hinged, which is hinged with a rigid rod passing through the elliptical hole of the guide bar attached to the first branch. The rounded working end of the second branch has a sharp protrusion for fixing the aponeurosis.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides the possibility of simultaneous suturing of the aponeurosis simultaneously with its traction without the use of additional tools.
