FIELD: power generating plants (boilers, furnaces, chemical and other reactors, shops, engines). SUBSTANCE: cleaning process is accelerated by means of solution, in reactor 1, under action of jets of solution formed during crushing against stage of reflectors 2, jets of solution delivered from sprayers 5 and vapor of solution preheated in reservoir 14; in reactor 1 and in reservoir 14, under action of continuously renewed surface of solution at intensification by means of heating convective element 8; in pressure reservoir (trap 9), due to adsorption (oxidation, neutralization, etc.) of contaminants which were not removed in reactor 1 by means of solution and condensate returned to reactor 1.
